According to the event organisers, Maligaya Development Corp, they were informed by Chris Brown’s representatives on December 31, 2014 that he was still in Los Angeles.

They further released a statement saying: ‘According to them, Chris Brown lost his passport the day before the event; hence despite having entered into a contract with us, Chris Brown would not be able to comply with his obligation to perform.’

No legal action is being considered against the singer at the moment for the breach of contract.
